Lilly Leaf Cottage

This charming Point Clear cottage combines the natural elements of rustic style with the modern design features that are popular today. It has a modern, open floor plan with a large kitchen and an island. There are wood beams, reclaimed wood shutters, metal lighting, wood cathedral ceilings, and a brick exterior for the rustic appeal. Light paint colors and large windows bring the serenity of the outdoors into the calming space. It was built by Chris Achee of Achee Builders and designed by Bob Chatham Custom Home Design. The decorating was done by Sheila Ward.
